- Create greater clarity, making realisations and finding solutions to problems

- Create a new starting point when things don’t go to plan
More than ever before, Meditation has become very popular, and what was once seen as something practised by a spiritual person or people who lead a more alternative lifestyle, has now become mainstream. The most popular style of meditation used today is Mindfulness Meditation. If there was one life skill I could recommend for individuals, it would be to learn to meditate. There is no ultimate authority on the practise of meditation, only the individual who practises the process of meditation. For it is the individual who controls their mind and allows the self to surrender all streams of thoughts, to come to a point of stillness and presence. A facilitator of meditation simply creates a space and a framework to support the process.
Over the years, I lead a busy and often stressful corporate life. It is through my own journey of exploring different styles of meditation and my extensive training in frequency (energetic) healing, that I have arrived at a point in my life, where I feel I can create a unique meditation experience that is not only relevant to busy professionals seeking to find practical approaches to meditation but, to teach professionals how they can effectively diffuse stress, let go of past days events and work through other related symptoms from leading an often hectic life, for themselves.
