My pursuit for spiritual understanding started in my early 20's. By 30 I became more ernest in my need to answer questions like; who am I, why am I here and what's life really about. I am from Cornwall, UK now living in Sydney Australia. I come from a corporate background and I am blessed with a son who arrived at the age of 40. This Blog is about my personal experiences, observations and thoughts on what it means to be Spiritual and live in a big city in the 21st Century.

PRACTICAL MEDITATION

Meditation is the most direct way to experience ‘that’ that is innate in all of us;

  • stillness,
  • inner calm,
  • inner peace,
  • joy,
  • love,
  • expansiveness

These qualities ripple out and permeate into every aspect of your life. When I observe myself, I have found that practising meditation on a regular basis has supported me in my ability to;

  • Diffuse stress
  • Renew energy levels,
  • Create greater clarity,  making realisations and finding solutions to problems
  • Increase creativity and productivity
  • Create a new starting point when things don’t go to plan

On a therapeutic level, I have personally found, and observed in others, meditation supports general health and wellbeing, and how you feel on a physical, emotional and mental level. It  assists you to find greater balance within the mind and body.

I have created guided meditations that will support you to experience this for yourself. I work with a frequency that will take your meditation experience to new levels, and empower you to achieve the benefits of practising meditation.
